U.K: Free

What you see is what you pay. We pay the postage & packaging and VAT for a complete order to card-holder's UK address. Our carriers for the UK are Royal Mail and Parcel Force UK. Delivery will be 3 to 5 working days from dispatch for non-furniture items, and normally within 10 working days from dispatch for furniture items. No funds will be taken from your payment card until your goods are ready for dispatch. Please note, the general furniture delivery time quoted here is a guideline, and may be shorter or longer dependant on stock availability and season.

Europe: calculated automatically

The delivery cost for non-furniture items will be calculated based on the shipping weight of the items you are buying. This will happen when you are ready to pay for your goods. Just pick your country or delivery zone from the list in the delivery options box when it appears. Please note, delivery will be made to the card-holder's registered address. Our carriers are consignia and Parcel Force UK. Delivery will be approx 3 to 6 working days from dispatch. To order furniture, email mojotree  for delivery quote. The delivery charge will be cost price.

Our Dispatch Policy

When we receive your order, we will email you immediately in confirmation. We check that your goods are in stock. If not we will suspend your order and contact you.  If the goods are in stock, we perform our payment card anti-fraud security checks, then dispatch the goods when the checks are complete and the payment has cleared. We will email you to confirm that your goods have been dispatched. The arrival time for your order will then depend on the delivery option that you chose at order time. Our Product Stocking Policy

We import directly, and sell only from our warehoused stock. If you cannot find an item that you have seen in the past, then just send us an email and we will obtain it for you.

Our Returns Policy

We aim to give complete satisfaction to our customer. If there is a problem for any reason with an item that you have bought, and the item is undamaged, email us with the details within 7 days so that we can offer you a replacement. Please note that original or subsequent postage and packaging costs are not refundable. 

 Please note: Because of the unique nature of our products, there may be minor variations in colour and finish.  For certain items which are absolutely one of a kind, such as our very popular batik scarf range, it is a normal part of our service to work with you, supplying extra images and information as you wish, directly to you by email,  to assure your satisfaction before your order is finalised.
